While we have our kitchen mainly finished in our home, we are constantly thinking about other homes’ kitchens for potential home flips. It is so fun letting our minds be on a constant roll of ideas. We’ve visited a few of the kitchen showrooms minneapolis to see what styles are currently most popular and I’m always on Pinterest looking for quirky kitchen must-haves to improve the retail value. As well as functionality, I do consider the aesthetic look too! We’ve also been thinking about what kind of Refrigerator we would like to install, after consulting Refrigerator reviews for 2019 first. It’s also nice knowing that we can achieve a lot of different styles in a kitchen, while still having them be appealing to many. You like the look of a country kitchen? We’ve got ideas! More Midcentury Modern? Love it! My overall love though? A bright white kitchen, with warm wood tones mixed in it, fun pendants, and a brighter toned rug!
When moving into a fixer-upper kitchen, a lot of things can be an easy change. Painting cabinets that are still in good condition is a great way to make a drastic change. Switching out outdated hardware is cheap AND easy! And finally, a way that a lot of people change up a kitchen that makes a drastic difference {in not only look, but also functionality} is by switching out appliances and buying new equipment like Nella Food Equipment.
When we remodeled our kitchen we stuck to the LG Studio line for everything {refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, and even our washer/dryer}. I am so glad we did, because not only does this line work incredibly well, but it also has such a sleek and rich look to it! So, are you stuck in a kitchen that needs some serious design love?
