So it is FINALLY October, yay! I now have the ‘go ahead’ to decorate, even though its still 105 out. J thinks i’m crazy-I think he’s lame;)
This week i’ll be posting all the little ways that fall is up around my house.
Here is my first, and ridiculously easy, fall project.
Started with 3 adorable pumpkins that I got at the Dollar Store for, yep, you guessed it- a dollar each:
I’ll talk about why our grass looks disgusting here in another post |
Now this is my opinion, {that would make sense since its my blog right?!} but I love the pumpkins much more after painting them. I know some might have left them colored, or at least the orange one colored, but I love them heirloom white.
Pretty cute pumpkins for a total of $3 {I already had the spray paint}
Many more projects to come this week:) In the mean time, what are you doing around your house to get ready for fall? Any projects up your sleeve?
<3,
Adri

I’ve done this with real pumpkins and it’s so much fun! The mess of carving a pumpkin is not really my thing, so I taped the pumpkins with polka dots and stripes and used black and white spray paint over the top. Although, the paint kept chipping off, they turned out really cute!
