Willow Home Flip Befores

Finally getting around to show you guys our other home going right now!! Only a month late:) This Willow home is so fun, with a ton of different character than we are used to! Curved hallways and entryways all around, exposed brick, it’s all pretty fun! We were lucky that the roof on the property didn’t need any work although we know that, should we ever be flipping a property that does need some work doing to the roof, we can call someone like these ravalli roofing contractors in to lend a hand, should we need to.

The kitchen of the home for the most part is in pretty good shape, so for the first time, we will have a kitchen that doesn’t need a FULL remodel.

The house has two bathrooms that will both have exposed brick in them and I always love that. In our old home, we added an exposed brick wall, but man – the ones that are already there are even better! I can’t wait to get stuck into remodeling these bathrooms, and since they already have the kind of design I like, it should be a lot easier. It’s always a plus when you’re looking at bathroom remodel designs that you work with something you’re familiar with.

The decorating is definitely the fun part, but there are so many other functional aspects that can’t be overlooked. For instance, when it comes to remodeling the bathroom, many will look to relocate the boiler as this can take up a large amount of space. It’s something we’re considering but obviously, this is a huge task that we would need to find a professional from a company like Builder And Engineer to help us with.

The house also has some amazing ceilings in some of the rooms, and we can’t wait to paint them white and make the place a whole lot airier.

Almost all of the demo is done, and now comes the fun part! Finishes, paint, flooring, etc. When homes like these come our way I just love it. A home with some amazing character built-in, and then a little TLC added by us – creates a beautiful result in the end.
