Dream Book Design

4 Hours Later..

And i’m kinda done with the babes registry. Holy crap guys- I know you gave me advice {and thank you SO much for all the tips} but no one told me how long that thing takes! My mom was such a trooper through me staring at the bottles section {or really any section we were in} and going back and forth from ‘this one’ to ‘no no no, it must be that one’. By the end of the night even my feet were hurting, let alone my sweet moms! I got most of the big stuff done, but I know there are things I need to add and change for sure. I also am planning on registering at Amazon as well, that way I can get some different items that Buy Buy Baby didn’t have, or that Amazon has for cheaper! I am glad though that I am using BBB because they have the same return policy as Bed Bath and Beyond, which is the best policy out there! And you can use the 20% coupons on a lot of the items, and we all love a good coupon- don’t we?!

You can tell how tired my eyes were by the end of those 4 hours…oh so glamorous;)

Anyways, sorry for not posting a project today, but I was wiped at the end of the night last night. And lets be honest, i’m not one of those fabulous bloggers who has their posts planned out and written a week in advance. Thanks so much for all of the tips yesterday, y’all are so amazing!

I’ve been DYING to tell you that I’m pregnant too!! I’m 20 weeks so a week behind you, I think. Wooooh!!!

I’ve only just announced it on my blog but I’m so happy to be twins with you. 🙂 {That is NOT having twins with you…that would be awkward….}.

Congratulations, lovely girlie! You’re looking FAB!

I didn’t comment yesterday, but if your planning on breastfeeding you have to get a nipple sheild they sell them at target it’s a thin plastic cover you put over your nipple. It helps the baby latch on and saves you from the horrible pain that comes in the first few weeks of breast feeding. I wish someone had told me. You’ll do great! I have three boys and they are the best!

I actually did a lot of my registering online because I was always too tired after work to go register. So if you forgot anything that’s always an option, instead of going back tot he store!

This is in reply to the nipple shield comment… Those are actually not recommended as they can cause baby to have more problems with being able to breastfeed. When I had my baby I met with a lactation consultant and she highly suggests not using those. I hope you make an informed decision! Congratulations!

Aw, congrats on your baby! I bet registering does take forever. I remember being surprised at how long it took to register when I got married.

    I’m your newest follower. =)

I think it’s awesome that you registered before you are huge!! I’m 30 weeks and it would be so hard for me to register for four hours! Congrats on the baby!!

Sarah- just popped on over and saw your adorable belly! I am so impressed you kept it a secret for this long!! I was dying to tell everyone at like 12 weeks! Yay for being twins, and not having twins;)
Strbrte- thanks so much for the advice, ill take it all:)
Christen- you girl, you better believe that I am not changing stuff and monitoring from online! I will prob. have to go back to the store one more time just so I can see some more car seats in person, but other than that- online it is!
    Annon- thanks for the advice!!!
    Thanks Melanie:)
Morgan- welcome!! Congrats on being married-its the best! Yes, it took forever, so if you are planning on doing it in the near future- prepare yourself!;)
Staci- haha your so cute! I am beyond popping now, its nuts how much growth I can get just overnight. Thanks love
Rach- yes, I tried to be smart about it knowing that the longer I waited the more tired/sore/whatever I would be. Even at 21 weeks 4 hours was a long time! Congrats on almost being finished!!
