He is really in to sharing his food now. If you ask for some, he will gladly give you a handful of whatever he is eating.
This has been happening for awhile now, but I always want to remember him inhaling his breath and blowing whenever he sees flowers, candles, or flies. Its precious.
He pretty much is always eating whatever we have for lunch and dinner. It is so nice not having to cook him a separate meal.
For the first time since he was only a few months old, he stayed out past his bedtime. This boy loves living by his schedule, and usually freaks out when we try and keep him out past 7. This month though there were two time we didn’t get him in the car till 8, and he did great! Granted we were with family, and at interesting places, but still- he did great! There is hope after all:)
On his toys he know what buttons to push to get certain things. I love seeing his little brain figure things out like that!
We celebrated my second Mothers day with him. It was so much sweeter this year celebrating, considering he was only 3 days old last year!
He loves all things water. His water table out back, his splash pad, anything that allows him to splash around.
As far as food goes, there isn’t much {healthy} food he hasn’t had now. He has now had all meats, almost all fishes, etc. He still doesn’t get any grain {maybe a grain product once a month}, and no sugar, junk, etc. He eats so much food though. He literally eats as much or more and J and I at a meal. And we eat a whole lot. Its crazy. His schedule is this: 7am- get out of bed {usually wakes around 6:30}, nurse, 8- breakfast. 9-nap. 10:30 wake. 11:30/12ish- lunch. 1-nap. 3/3:30ish- wake and snack. 6-dinner and bath. 7-nurse and bed. He seems to be thriving on that schedule, so until he lets me know otherwise, thats what we are sticking with:)
He now says Dada, Mama, Dog {da}, More {maw}
He uses any object as a phone. He makes this certain noise {which im assuming is his version of ‘hello’} because he makes it every time he holds the ‘phone’. Its so adorable. He also lovveesss listening to people talk to him on the phone.
He also loves to ‘help’ me by emptying anything and everything that he can. An absolute favorite is to empty his clothing drawers or our dirty clothes. Its adorable, but also sucks! Haha.
Oh baby boy, there are just no words that can express how much your daddy and I love you. What an undeserved blessing you are to us. Thank you for becoming more and more loving and cuddly these past few months. Its as though you knew I was praying for it:) I know that your stubborn and strong personality has the potential to take you far in life, so I pray that your daddy and I can mould it to do good for you and others. Thank you for bringing us such joy every day, in the littlest things. You have both of our hearts. Always.

He is too cute. Isn’t it amazing how fast it goes? I wish that it was as warm here (minnesota) as it is there… we play at our water table and get soaked, and have to go inside to warm up and change clothes before doing it all again.
Also, while it is hard to notice anything but the adorable toddler… I am loving the shape of that Blue chair!!
Are you going to teach him sign language? I heard that it really helps kids communicate. Tell us why he doesn’t get grains. Probably to forestall allergies, right? Ann
This boy is too much! I love his little facial expressions.
Henry is totally into his walkers, too!
