How far along: 22 weeks! Due June 28th!
Total weight gain: Up 7 lb.
Maternity clothes: Busted out the work maternity pants…freaking heaven I tell ya! Most of my pants are working fine with the rubber band trick, but some days I just want comfort so I am wearing maternity. Tops {other than workout tops- those just look ridiculous now if they were even remotely tight to begin with} are all fitting fine still, but probably not for long!
Stretch marks: None yet this time around, and again I am using my FAVORITE stretch mark oil {here} and the chest cream {here}. BUT HOLD ON! A reader left a comment about the oil, which made me spend some time on Amazon looking around, and turns out they sell a BIG bottle of the oil for a ridiculous deal. The normal bottle is 4oz and runs $45, the big bottle is 16oz. and is only $68! What?!!!!!!!!!! From now on I am getting the big daddy {here}! Last time around I got three marks the ONE night I forgot to put it on my chest, so I am not making that mistake this time around!
Sleep: Great! Can’t believe that I am not even waking up to go pee in the night.
Best moment of this week: Getting J back to us on Friday night! It was the first time of him traveling for a week, and surprisingly it wasn’t torture. Not super fun, but not too bad!
Miss anything: Drinks..still. Don’t you think the taste of alcohol should sound repulsive when you know you can’t have any?!
Movement: Super often, but my favorite part is that he ALWAYS kicks when Bray is on my lap leaning back while we read books.
Food cravings: PB&Js or almond butter and bananas! Especially since I discovered the worlds most incredible tasting almond butter ever- Barney Butter. That stuff is as smooth as Jiff!!
Anything making you queasy or sick: Nothing! Hooray!!!!
Have you started to show yet: Without a doubt.
Gender: Another little boy, and we are so freaking excited!
Labor signs: Just the Braxton hicks.
Belly button in or out: Pretty sure its all out now.
Wedding rings on or off: On, on the days that I actually wear them!
Happy or moody most of the time: Happy as can be.
Looking forward to: Having a slow weekend this weekend, so hoping to get some projects finished. We totally need to start in on the nursery too, but it keeps getting put off!
You are so adorable! Question, does the Mama Mio have a strong scent to it, or what does it smell like? I’m super sensitive to smells now and having a hard time finding anything to use. If it’s more of a sweeter scent I should be okay. Let me know, it’s about time I start using some!
Thanks Jax!! It is pretty subtle and definitely more on the sweet instead of musky side. If you get it on Amazon and you dont like it you can easily return free of charge. i would buy the big bottle now since they dont always have that available and its a crazy deal.
