Our great friends {owners of Modern Manor} did it again! They staged a home beautifully, and fast. As in, I think they had about 24 hours to do this one..thats talent people! They went with the ever classic Mid-century modern look, with a few random pieces thrown in here and there. I went over for a quick peek just as they were finishing up and just fell in love. Now keep in mind, this house was still being renovated while the staging was taking place, so the place is a little dusty, but you’ll get the jist.

How amazing is this rug?! They got it at Marshalls Home Goods. I feel like J and I are lucky in some aspects of finding treasures, but rugs are not where its at for us. I would never be able to find not only such a beautiful rug there, but a rug that huge there. And of course the couch is pretty much to die for. So much so that some other friends of ours ending up buying it from then once the staging was over.
Oh my gosh I LOVE that rug! We need a rug for our living room so badly. I haven’t been to Home Goods in a while, but there’s one just down the street from where I live… I need to go check it out after work tonight for sure!
