Dream Book Design

Been a little busy..

It’s crazy how time flies. I feel like we have been SO busy lately, but yet I don’t have any crazy new news-so thats why I haven’t written. Some things I do want to tell everyone about though is what two of my best friends are up to these days. Melissa Young just switched to a new salon Salvage Salon. Its off of 16th st. and McDowell. To be honest-the area is slightly sketchy BUT the salon is beautiful.

She does my hair (which honestly doesn’t say much considering i wear it like this most of the time) But for everyone that actually cares about what their hair looks like and takes more than .5 seconds to do it, she is incredible.

This is Melissa:)
Another one of my amazing friends is Kylie. Her and her rad hubby Ryan opened up their own Midcentury Modern furniture store. It is so fun to go in there and browse around at all the treasures they find weekly. If you or anyone you know is looking for some unique and beautiful pieces, check them out.

These two ladies are some of the most incredible people you will ever meet. They have such a heart for the Lord, and strive daily to bring Him glory through loving on others. They are some of the kindest, most loving, humorous, intelligent, beautiful people I know. I love you both immensely.

On another note, Jeremy’s sister Erin got married last month! Her wedding was at the Tempe Waterfront, which was beautiful. They got married outside (so scary considering it was raining all weekend except the 30 min. that we were outside for the ceremony!) It was a beautiful wedding and so much fun to spend that much time with family.

Haha dont worry, he only wore those for parts of the night:)

Oh I love the blog. This is the first time I have sat down to read and look through it all(bad sister). I love all the pics from Erin’s wedding. So cute! I love you sister and thanks for sharing your life with me.

Small, small world. When we were starting our coffee shop a few months ago we searched craigslist for furniture and bought a table from Mike (I think that’s his name) who was opening a really cool salon on McDowell, called Salvage Salon. Then a couple months later ran into him again at Ikea, crazy! Haven’t been there yet but it looks AMAZING!

    Ok, Sola….
It’s hard to find! The address is
    7124 E. 5th Ave.
    Scottsdale 85251
It’s on 5th Ave, west of Scottsdale.
At about Craftsman Court and 5th Ave. on the north side of the street.
There’s no sign up top so look in the windows, there’s a small sign on the window. We’re next to Arrowhead Jewelry.
I hope that helps! Ha ha
