Design Inspiration Monday: Office Edition

Today all inspirational images will be focused on offices, because well, were re-doing ours! I am so excited for this project. I’ve seen so many beautiful office spaces in the time I’ve been trying to draw inspiration for mine. One that we came across was the spacious and fully furnished rental offices provided by Satellite Office. Trust me when I say this, they were beautifully decorated and well arranged. Some also say that they have opted for a green office solutions, which can improve energy management in this workspace. It is a shame that I could not rent the buildings. Nevertheless, we got over our disappointment and continued our search. When we first moved in we thought that we wanted at least one room to be bold and loud, and we chose the office. We painted it two shades of green, with vertical stripes. Needless to say, the second we got it all finished, we didn’t even like it:/ Nothing was going to be done to change it though because mid-project I got hit by a car, so J was all alone with any projects for awhile. Its now been 1 1/2 years, and the green has GOTTA GO!! Something that could look great in the office, as well as being super functional, is a pop-up power outlet – handy when you need to charge your phone, that’s for sure.

I am a total lover of campaign desks, and this next image has a rad one! And no, were not getting a new desk, but I just love them too much to not display it for y’all:) However, I am thinking I need a new desk or storage spot for my new printing multifunction device that will come in very handy to print important documents and invoices, etc.

I love this little office nook. I feel like some days I would go nuts being so confined, but other days it might feel comforting. You know.. snug as a bug in a rug:)
