If you guys feel like this reveal has taken forever, then just imagine how I feel! I have been bursting at the seams to show you guys the final reveal- and the time has finally come. I had a feeling this home was going to be magical from the moment Jeremy showed me it, and it did not disappoint!! We did this home with our friends Ryan and Kylie and as always love the magic they did with staging the home {all items can be bought from Modern Manor}. I will be going in to detail on each room as the weeks follow, but wanted to show you all the main goodness here. So without further ado- here is the Double Dormer in all its glory:
The kitchen is stunning and dramatic, and I am beyond obsessed with the brass hood. It’s too good to be true, right?!
The main living area is great because it is all so open. That fireplace makes me swoon each time, and the room as a whole is so warm and inviting.
The Master bedroom is a mansion! It totally takes away the need for a separate office, while also having a sitting area, big closet, and awesome bathroom!! That shower, well it basically screams for more than one person to use it;);)
The guest bathroom is SO fun with that old clawfoot tub! And the pedestal sink is great for letting the space feel nice and open.
The guest bedrooms are a great size and the black doors add a drama that takes it all up a notch.
The family room is so great because while it is still close to the rest of the open areas of the house, it helps to keep the TV area contained. I envision a family party taking place, the kids going crazy in the TV room, the parents lounging in the main living area. All so perfect for this home- this hopefully soon lived in home!
The yard has taken SUCH a turn and is amazing now! I am in love with the pavers we used for the ‘driveway’. It turned out so awesome, so much better than a typical slab of concrete. We also had to look at so many images of custom-made residential roofs and the roof replacement was definitely the most costly part of the flip. But, it’s definitely worth it because new roofs are extremely attractive to homebuyers because it’s an expense they won’t need to pay later. Such home improvements are all part of the new real estate around the world. One of my friends who relocated to Los Cabos (check https://caborealestateservices.com/complete-los-cabos-relocation-guide/ or similar websites to learn more about buying a home in Mexico) says the same about the Mexican real estate market. You got to do some home improvement works to sell a property, and also when you move to a new place.
And thats it friends!! Just wait till next week, I will be going room by room with details. Also, as always- would love to know your thoughts. What do you love the most? What would you do differently? We love getting feedback! And if you or someone you know is looking for a home- check out the listing here! We have already sold two homes to friends and would love to see that trend follow- its SO fun!

This home is drop-dead gorgeous from inside/out. Everything is perfection, but the kitchen is so dreamy. That brass hood makes such a statement. And I love all of the black interior doors. In fact, I just painted our pantry door black last week! I am sure that this home will sell in no time at all. Excellent job, guys!

Y’all did a fantastic job on this flip. I have two questions I am in the process of of changing out a few things in our home and have been looking for ideas.
1. The garden window in the kitchen, where did you purchase?
2. The lighting in the master bath and kitchen, I LOVE the look 🙂
Warmest regards,

I like the two closets by the front door. You could think about that feature in future houses. It seems to make the adjoining rooms more interesting. I like the double patios and the roofs to the patios. So with the carport that makes three shady areas. Seems good for play areas. I would put motion sensor lights on the front part of the carport and the garage. I love the black doors. A gutsy move, but a lot of people will like them. And of course all the decorating.

This looks amazing! Great Job! It is always exciting to see projects come together.
Question for you. I noticed you used pebbles/gravel. Have you used this before? Does it keep up well?
Thanks so much!
Adri says
THanks Becky- we havent used it before- but would imagine it would hold up great!

Gorgeous home! You inspire me each flip.
Wondering if you could let me know where you found the pedestal sink? I’ve been looking for one just like that!
