One thing that I love about the holidays is wreaths. Something about hanging it on your door for the neighborhood to see, and you to smile at while pulling up {or is that just me??} If it wasn’t weird and completely against what J would want, I would have some sort of wreath up year round.
Here is a wreath I put together last year for Fall. It was fun,easy, and painful {freaking hot glue gun got me GOOD this time}
Supplies:
All of the supplies are from Michaels. Tip: even if you are tempted to start holiday crafts projects months in advance to get them done, DON’T! Michaels, Joann’s,etc. all start putting their holiday stuff on sale at usually 40-60% off starting about a month out. Wait, be patient, and then smile at the discounted price at the register:)
I spent probably an hour all together on this wreath. Had a movie on, and Pumpkin Pie candle burning- to me, those things are necessities.
End result:
Now lets all be nice and ignore my reflection of PJ’s at 2p.m.
I think its pretty darn cute, especially the white little owl- he’s my fav…other than this guy-
As you can see, he’s super excited about Fall |

Love the asymmetry of the wreath and the owl is perfect. However, your dog and his excitement made me laugh out loud.
