We are now on our third day in the new house, but just now got internet! So far we are loving it here. It definitely feels weird waking up here still, but feels more and more like home everyday. Bray has loved cruising around in his walker with all the open space, and we are loving all the potential projects we are dreaming up. If you’ve moved house recently too, or if you’ve moved house at all in your life, then you know the stress of getting it all packed up and ready for your new home, we are just lucky that we chose movers similar to companies like www.atlantahomemovers.com that helped us get everything together and sent to our new place in one piece.
That’s the beauty of moving into a new home – you have endless possibilities when it comes to decorating and renovating it. That’s probably why some people head to a site like multi-m-contracting.com to find a contractor who can build their dream home for them. There’s nothing better than taking a blank canvas and making it yours with some personality and flair. And I personally think that areas like this need to be thought about in a great deal, especially when you still have a lot of things that are waiting to be unpacked. Because there is so much to do, I’m trying to focus all of my attention on what I want my home to look like and which services we would need to help us achieve these goals. For example, a plumber may be needed to help install new a new shower or fixtures, a “skip hire near you” service may be needed if you are removing old appliances and tearing down old wallpaper and so forth, and painters and decorators may be needed to help with the interior design. See, I told you there was a lot to think about. Again, if it is a new house the possibilities of having rodents, molds or such, might not be likely. But, if I spot moisture or a hole somewhere, I would want to take the help of any of the reputed mold damage restoration services, right? Whilst my stress levels are going through the roof at the mere thought of all the things we have to do, I’m still super excited to turn our visionary dreams into a reality. And who knows, this may become our forever home, how amazing would that be?
So as you can tell, we have a ton to do, so I will keep you all updated ASAP.
