Flip It Friday – Double Dormer Progress

Ladies and Gentlemen {hey- there are a few guys that read this blog too!}, WE HAVE PROGRESS! The Double Dormer flip is no longer a serious construction zone! By no means is it ready to go- but just wait till you see how far we have come in the past few weeks. I feel like I haven’t done a legit update in awhile, but its for good reasons. You see- it is super fun to see the Before’s of a home, and even a single post on the Demo stage, but multiple posts where everything is still just torn up..well thats not exactly thrilling reading.

The home has made so much progress though, so here is where we are at currently:

• All walls are where they should be:)
• All walls are beautifully smooth
• Floors are IN! Boo-ya baby!
• Cabinets are in
• Most of the trim and moulding is up {with the exception of wainscoting}
• Paint is done minus touchups

It is so fun seeing the change the Master suite has taken on. It is by far the biggest change made in terms of function and style. The kitchen has turned a corner too, and I love the bold color we went with for the cabinets!!

The oak flooring in this home is the same as what we used in Slump Block Ranch, and is looking just as beautiful!

Now that all the BIG daddy stuff is finished, we are expecting to have this home 100% done in TWO WEEKS! What!! It goes so fast at the end of these flips! I can’t wait to see what happens this week with it, and show y’all ASAP. In the meantime, have a great weekend.
