Some things that have caught my eye lately for a bad reason:
Now don’t get me wrong, there are definitely things that I like about these photos, but the dining room seems so ‘cold’. I like the room that we eat in to feel warm and inviting, actually I like my whole house to feel warm and inviting. Especially though the dining room. I want people to feel comfortable to sit around the table talking and eating as long as they please.

that wreath IS awesome! and i’m one of those “certain colors for christmas” people, too. i like to decorate for winter more than specifically for christmas. more bang for your buck, ya know?
i generally don’t like much color in the house. which sucks because i WANT to love color in my house, but i’ve tried it and i just can’t rest. so things like this, that really pack the punch but don’t take up a lot of room doing so, are perfect. thanks for sharing, i have a hard time finding colorly things i can agree with. 🙂
