It’s a funny thing getting to know you all. I feel like i’ve been in this relationship for years now, but just this week have really gotten to know who I am dating;) Apparently you guys actually like us, and want to see what we are doing while we are doing it. You don’t care if its not all finished with a pretty red bow tied on top. You want to see the real, the nitty gritty reality. And guess what? I like you way more for it;) So heres what is happening currently at the house:
We are trimming away, one door frame at a time. It is currently 8:30 at night {I always write these the night before, and have it automatically post at 4:00am- because there is no way in H-E-double hockey sticks that I am up that early} and I am sipping on some wine while I hear the sound of miter saw and router going. When I say that we are working non-stop lately, I am not lying! It is project, baby, cooking meals, repeat, around here!
Here are the beginning stages of the trim:
This photo kills me! Bray is truly an incredible baby. Even with having his first ear {double whammy} infection and cutting two teeth, he is still a sweetheart. He just cruises around in his walker trying to touch anything and everything that he’s not supposed to. This particular photo is brought to you by a curious baby who loves his daddy, and who also loves any type of cord;)
-Don’t you worry, I watch him always and make sure he’s not in to anything dangerous!
So there you have it. Thats our current state over here. Trim and more trim. I am so glad that we could take this relationship to the next level and share our truth, you know- like showing your boyfriend your face without makeup and retainers in for the first time:):)

Will you be doing a tutorial for all this trim and what tools you’re using?

this looks like the exact phase of life we are in…minus our daughter being as mobile as your son! remodeling is a little more challenging with little one right?
adrianne says
oh gosh- yes it is! We have found that we push to the max when hes napping, and then usually one of us focuses on him and one on the project when hes up.
