Pumpkin, pumpkin, pumpkin…everything is pumpkin right now, and I LOVE it. Pumpkin pancakes, pumpkin lattes, pumpkin bread, and best of all- pumpkin s’mores! I literally dreamed up this little concoction at 4am two nights ago {joy of having a baby, right?!} and had to make it yesterday! It is 100 degrees here in Phoenix still, so i’m not exactly having a bonfire over here, but baking these in the oven was just as good. And I love that I was able to make this in an individual serving, using a little glass bowl. Heres how to make your pumpkin craving taste buds more than satisfied:
Ingredients:
`Enough chocolate to cover bottom of the bowl
`1 tsp pumpkin puree {for individual serving, add more for more pumpkin flavor or larger serving size}
`Enough marshmallows to cover everything
`Graham cracker sticks for scooping
Directions:
`Preheat your oven to 450
`In a small glass bowl cover bottom with chocolate
`Scoop 1 tsp pumpkin puree and smooth it out over the chocolate
`Cover in marshmallows
`Bake for 7-9 minutes and scoop out with graham crackers
So stinking easy, quick, and insanely yummy!! I have always been in love with s’mores but the pumpkin in these just takes it to a whole new level.
