The week of Thanksgiving we had glorious cold weather. Then came this week.. in the upper 70’s and soon 80’s. Now I know all you back where its super cold are thinking “Oh gosh-don’t even complain about pretty weather”, BUT there is something so weird about it being Christmas in less than 3 weeks and it being warm out. I get a little confused when I look across the street and see this:
And then I look at my front door and see this:
And yet today it hit 79!

While I FULLY am enjoying our warmer Christmas weather… I totally second this post lol.
Here in Minnesota – we are expected to get a foot of snow this weekend! I will not get any projects done, because there will be a fire in the fireplace, homemade hot cider, and netflix for me 🙂
While I would enjoy a little warmth, I need a white Christmas.
Haha! Yes- it’s so weird seeing winter decor when it’s warm out, isn’t it?! I’m totally embracing this cold weather in Wisconsin because it makes me admire my mirrored Christmas tree decorations and snowflake pillows.
We are under a blizzard warning right now! Snowshoeing tonight. 🙂
Yikes girls! I guess I should just enjoy the 80 degrees we had today instead of blizzards!!! But I also would love to cuddle up and watch a movie with it snowing outside! A girl can dream right?!
