This morning is either going to be FREAKING FANTASTIC… or lame. The top 5 will be announced on Vintage Revivals, and we are wishing, hoping, and praying that we are in it!! I wrote up a pretty great ‘pleading my case’ post, and if I make it in, i’ll show y’all.
On another note, I went to happy hour with my mom and mother in law for Cinco De Mayo yesterday. We have had this tradition going on for four years now, and I love it! I feel so lucky that I not only have a great mom, but also a great MIL. Both my moms know how to have a great time, case in point. This is my mom at my sister-in-laws wedding, dancing away, and the bottom photo has both my mamas:

Those photos are of me while on a girls weekend in California. I guess I get my flailing of the arms while dancing from her! Anyway, hopefully this morning turns out to be a great one, and if not, bummer. At least its Mothers day on Sunday, and we get to spend it with the best family ever! Happy Mothers Day to all the amazing moms out there!

I think your room was way worse than some of those that got in!! However, I know you will do an awesome job on the reno…and , you NEED to start…your bedroom is your sanctuary, your love nest…or should be LOL! You can do this!!

Thanks so much guys! You are such an encouragement. Obviously it would have been amazing to have the chance at winning, but I am pumped for the girls that now do. Of course, after realizing that we cant win, J just called me and said that he has drawn up some ‘ideas’ for the room already. Haha, gotta love him! Hes truly the best. Glad you thought I should win though, because thats all that really matters. Man, I have the best readers/friends!
