I am a part of an exclusive club… Oh, whats that..you want to know what club that is?… COOKING CLUB! I {really am} a part of a cooking club with girlfriends that meet once a month, and cook up a bunch of amazing dishes, then eat said dishes and share life with each other. It is truly one of the biggest blessing in my life. Really, and truly, I treasure it above many other things. For instance, tonight was cooking club at my house, mi casa, my mess of a humble abode. I was frantic all day trying to get it presentable, and yet in the end, I greeted my girlfriends with wet hair, absolutely no makeup, and food still cookin’. Guess what? They totally loved me anyway. Isn’t that truly the greatest feeling!? Man, I believe it is. Especially because this September will be the first anniversary of cooking club. How great are my gf’s. Considering I had one too many margaritas tonight, and I didn’t have a post ready previous- I will leave you with one mouth watering photo here, and be back with some {other} amazing things tomorrow:

Tonight I was in charge of the main dish {as is the host every month}, and I chose to make Pioneer Woman’s Enchiladas. O.M.G. They were ridiculous!! Look forward to catching up with y’all tomorrow.
I would love to have a group of girlfriends that close. I did have that before we moved to our new town, 4 hours away!! A group of friends who ‘get’ you, is so important. 🙂

great idea! Cooking Clubs are the best! We have “Foodie Friday” every week…2 other families come over and we all bring something and eat all night long. So much fun, we look forward to it all week!
