You guys- we have a new baby in the house, well actually two new babies- these stunning Woodard vintage chairs. We got them at our fave spot Modern Manor {of course!} and they are so good. We have an extra love affair with them since our rocker in Winston’s nursery is also a Woodard. And did you know that while Woodard is/was a super popular brand for furniture, there are very few rocking chairs and even fewer chairs like these made.
Every little detail on these is fantastic, and especially the leather straps for arm rests. Such a fun change from the norm. The chairs are incredibly comfortable to sit in, and will be even better when we eventually get them recovered. While I love the camel color, it isn’t real leather, and isn’t in the best shape either. And these chairs will be with us for a long time, so I want them in their best shape!!
The combo of brass and black is so great! I love that I feel like they could blend in to any room easily, and they fit in perfectly in our living room.
So are we overreacting, or do you guys love them as much as us??! As our sweet friend Mandi from Vintage Revivals would say, you couldn’t snatch these from my #colddeadfingers
