Ready For Another One?

I am so excited to show you guys this home, this dirty {filthy really}, needing serious work, home. It is one of the dirtiest homes I have ever been in, and these photos are after it was pretty cleaned up! Are you ready???

A real show stopper right?! Ok but the worse off we are in the beginning the more amazing it will be in the end, which is why this home makes me giddy. We got this home with Ryan and Kylie {modern manor owners}, so I have no doubt it will be amazing. There will be a lot of changes going on to make this home more habitable for someone to live in. I also think upping the security will be a good option (wait till you see the front door). A friend recently renovated a home in her area and she had to call in a 24/7 locksmith in baltimore to get all the locks changed and the door updated, we’ll have to go for something like that so we can make it as safe as possible. Big job incoming!

A little in door rock garden is just what I want in my home!

The kitchen has one advantage: it has a lot of windows, which we love because we love all the natural light. Aside from that, everything is a shambles. Most likely, we will need to seek plumbing services to replace the sink and install all of the taps and pipes, including those in the bathroom. Since the time I learned about the quality of services provided by plumber in Kamloops from a few of my friends who live there, I’ve been looking for similarly skilled plumbers in my area. So far, no luck, but let’s hope for the best.

The home has a pretty funky enclosed patio that we have big plans for! We may put in some furniture to create a welcoming space for those outside relaxing times. it is important to keep on top of the maintenance of this area, so picking up some Aluminum Restoration Cleaning Solution as well as wipes, and scrubbers, will benefit the overall look of the area.

The home has two bathrooms, all in need of some love.

This was pretty much my expression the entire time while there. Don’t get me wrong, it is a mess- but it has SO MUCH POTENTIAL. And when Jeremy gets super excited about a home, I know its going to be unbelievable.

The floors are all cement, and we plan on fixing them up and using them- because they honestly are pretty rad!!

And I’ll leave you in the backyard. It’s a pretty good size and will look so much better with some fresh landscaping. I know I am definitely going to be hiring something like tree care Sacramento so that I can not only get rid of some damaged trees but also get some professional advice on what trees would be best to plant and wherein the backyard. I think I will also be getting a professional landscaper to help me to execute my vision that I have in my mind for this garden project.
